This is the sixth piece in the Where I Am series, a body of work inspired by my identity and lived experience as an immigrant. The piece incorporates elements of saekdong—traditional Korean striped fabric known for its bright, harmonious colors—and pairs them with an animal motif. Through this combination, the work reflects the blending of heritage, place, and personal narrative.
